In this case the least worst solution was to use a cruise missile scheme and increase the speed of the missile. So it's an accurate description to call them 5000 knot cruise missiles, haha. But I didn't want to remove all these assets, that's why I choose this solution. 

In order for this to be rectified, ED would either have to restore the old DCS core missile feature to working condition (not very likely) or publish documentation of how to use the Scud missile weapon scheme code (extremely unlikely). 

There IS a last-resort nuclear option modders may have to go for.

Hey CH.

 

First, thank you so much for creating so many quality mods for DCS. In particular, your assets have been utilized extensively for GR videos, resulting in a lot of interesting videos.

 

I was wondering if you've looked at Sea Power at all. If so, what are your thoughts on potentially producing mods for that game once the developers begin supporting modders (such as allowing for new 3D models to be added) and/or once the game is further along with its development?

 

It's definitely different than DCS in many ways, but I believe it has a great deal of potential for someone to create a truly entertaining "modern era" mod to bring Sea Power into the present and near future. I believe the aircraft AI and ground assets will also be receiving a lot more effort as the developers continue to work on the game. I'm hoping it eventually gets polished enough to the point it will provide a strategic warfare "sandbox" featuring a full-scale global arena along with the capability to model virtually all modern weaponry.

if they allow custom effects, nukes will likely be on the table (unless the devs make efforts to stop nuke mods)

Wild hope for 2025; reskin a bunch of the the US assets as 'taliban/daesh' for all that abandoned equipment, and some updated / CH's take on 'insurgent' ground troops.... 
now that we've got Iraq / Afghanistan maps ... we need some better insurgent assets!

I also'd like to see Russian infantry (better in green masks just not to see a single face everywhere), some updated or new aircraft with new weapons like Su-34M, Su-57M, F-35 etc. Maybe some brand new heavy weaponry with conventional or even nuclear warheads (like Russian "Oreshnik" IRBM). Maybe some aerial and/or marine combat/reconnaissance drones? They are the reality of today's combat.

Chizh said that nuclear weapons make the age restriction requirements for games stricter, 21+ probably (Therefore, such games will bring in less profit). This is one of the reasons why the developers refused to support weapons of mass destruction

Подскажите, как геранями или искандерами атаковать именно группу. Огонь по точке работает отлично, а когда выбираю атаковать группу, то ничего не происходит

Attacking a group won't work because as far as public information says these systems are not able to attack moving targets. If you have seen somewhere that they can do such then to get that ability implemented you should provide said source and Currenthill may add those features in their own time.
