The J/F-7E or any other double delta MiG-21F is a very unique plane to China and Pakistan as well as many other countries around the world. DCS is currently missing a MiG-21F model as there is a gap there which could be filled by a modernized Chinese export variant. You said you didn't want to do another MFD plane so I think this is the perfect choice. You have done the JF-17 so I am assuming that you already have connections with Pakistan aeronautical teams. I think that this project is thus realistic and since it's based on a Soviet plane there is demand for the plane. I hope you can let us know what you have chosen sooner than later. Thanks

Any chance we could see improvements to the DCS JF-17 such as a functioning HMD and, I know this is asking for a lot but what about the off-bore sight PL-10E missile? I mean, Deka did make a JF-17 for DCS and no where does it say exactly which block it's meant to be. Sure some say it's block I with some block II features, but we do have a HMD button in the cockpit. I understand majority of block III is classified but maybe some features could make it in, such as HMD.

Any chance we could see the implementation of block 3 HMD for the JF-17? I see there is a button for HMD usage in the cockpit and I know block 1 and 2 doesn't have the functionality (yet), but if we see that block 3 with the Pakistani airforce or other airforces begin to use HMD on their JF-17's, will we see this functionality come to DCS? I was flying 1v1 with my friend on a dogfight server and noticed that 50% of the time it would not radar lock his F-16 even when he was right in front of me. Sometimes after like 6+ seconds of waiting it would get a lock, and then a few seconds later lose it even when he wasn't maneuvering or anything. Just randomly dropping lock. Do you guys know why this is? I'm not making any accusations that it's broken or anything, I just want to understand why it's not locking on when I feel like it should be. Even in bore sight mode when I know exactly where he is in a head-on it doesn't lock on until he is right about to pass me. Just seems off, maybe I'm doing something wrong. Anybody else understand what I'm talking about?
