  1. Hello, My point is not there. My point is, if there's a mission load fail, I should be sent back to the main menu, and not left there standed on a failed mission load.
  2. When trying to replay a multiplayer mission, I had the message "mission load fail". Then nothing happens. The game stays still until I manually killed it. Not digging into "why" the mission load fails, my report is more about what should happen next. If mission load fails, I'd expect to be sent back to menu to keep using DCS, instead of being stuck nowhere..
  3. One more question regarding FMU-139 and their use with Snake Eyes (and it's common to all aircraft, not just the Hornet): how am I supposed to setup the arm delay for my bombs for both low drag and high drag cases? Currently, if you select the Snake Eye with FMU-139, you only have high drag fuze options. But if I decide to launch it as a low drag bomb (e.g. FF mode in the Hornet) then I didn't setup my arming delay... Normally, on the FMU-139, we should always be able to set-up both the LOW DRAG and HIGH DRAG options, and the bomb knows which one to use depending on the initial deceleration. If I were ED, I would turn the fuze setting page into a visual representation of the fuze, and let people "turn the screws" as it would be done for real on the jet. Same for laser settings, and it would avoid being able to set LASER codes that can't be physically selected on the bombs. Thanks
  4. Since some people are not eager to share anything, here is what I sent earlier to the author of this thread (without even a reply to say it has been received ). https://forum.dcs.world/applications/core/interface/file/attachment.php?id=390533&key=459dd85b4c9342b55d8ca5cf02b41a23
  5. MAN is more or less the first step of FBW error, coming from discrepancies between the various FBW surveillance channels (e.g. not the same AOA measured on right and left probes). It should be resolved by a FBW reset near the limiter switch. If it happens too often in a flight, it means that a bigger error might occur and you should RTB before it happens.
  6. Hello, Stupid question maybe, but how do you force the Harpoon to fly at 50 ft (LOW is 5000ft)? Thanks
  7. Not so true. Until 2010 at least there were regular squadrons from both US and French carriers operating in Afghanistan mostly in the south of course.
  8. This is because you don't know Kajaki lake yet...
  9. Hello, I haven't seen anything about it recently. It has been reported a long time ago (2019) here: Both AUTO and CCIP modes with high drag bombs are showing RET release cue while in FF mode. It is therefore impossible to use them in FF... I thought that it was not always the case, but I might be wrong. Could we have the correct FF ballistics when in FF mode? Thanks! .trk here: https://disk.yandex.com/d/wb8QdKr_z1dCgw
  10. OK so we didn't have the same experience. From what I've seen, if the pilot reported a dead segment on the flight return it would be changed for the next day, if not for the next flight.
  11. One segment, maybe, but more than that, be sure that the mechanics would take care of this before next flight.
  12. Just for info, IRL weapons 1 to 10 are permanently stored in the INS and should not be changed unless in very particular cases, otherwise the next user will not find what's expected in the INS. It would be nice to have this feature in DCS, with for example in the INS the 10 closest airfields or something like that, with CP/PD, etc...
  13. Hello, In the Mirage F1 EE, when using the rho button to increase range for the VAD mode on TACAN, distances are in full Nm. If I'm not mistaken, it should be in Nm and the last digit in 0.1 Nm. The range for VAD should be from 0. 1 to 999,9 Nm, and not from 1 to 9999 Nm as it is now. I'm not 100% sure, but the Mirage 2000 which uses the same VAD mode is definitely working this way. It sounds more logical, since you often need a precision to 0.1 Nm and 1° when flying (e.g. TACAN approach). Thanks
  14. Will do.
  15. Hi. Qucik report: when releasing single BR250 bomb on the fuselage there is at the same time a jettison of the full rack... No issue with other bombs like SAMP250. Thanks
