Well, I tried getting the Kiowa installed for four hours.
I just wondered, joked, about maybe I should take the Chinny or something out of the hangar to try and squeeze in the Kiowa. Har har n all that but would you believe IT WORKED! I 'disabled' the Chin, installed the Kiowa and have just re-enabled the Chinny, now everything's installed at last and I just have to sort out my bindings.
Make sense of that. 🤪.

Since ‘carnage update’ was installed I found lots of bindings for things weren’t working.
The Spitfire throttle was first. When I checked the bindings there was a red exclamation mark in the column. I cleared it and re-assigned it but it persisted. I posted a thread in a panic to fix it. Someone suggested clearing it, restarting DCS then re-assigning it and that worked. At least for that one.
I have loads to go through if I’m gonna fix whatever I find later but I might wait for a fix? I’d lost collective in a chopper too so it seems to be all over the place.
Try clearing it and restarting.

I did a long repair. Not sure anything’s any different but I’ve found the training ‘missions’. They’re not in the Training menu still but when trying the different modules from their individual icons, then instant action, it’s all good.
Maybe I misremembered them being on the Training page and they were never there? Why have Training in the right hand title page menu with no content?
anyhow, all sorted.

Open Beta just installed.
I HAD to install and use a VPN. DCSWorld nor Open Beta will install without using a VPN. All my other software will. Why I don't know?
