yes i think that should be no problem for ED to get that -
I mean it works for the russians, because they developed a special parachute system that is safe for the crew. And it gives you a tactial advantage and is useful in contaminated areas. So the VDV is capable of doing that.

It would be nice if all the different SAM Site positions and other different important military objects like ports training ranges etc. would be marked on the map (atleast in mission editor). This would make mission building on the germany cw map more comfortable.

now its 2025 and im not able to fire the SPRD-99 RATO boost system at all. is there any fix? are you guys experiencing the same issue?

US airforce website claims that their AIM120A/B AMRAAMS have a range of about 20+ miles (arround 32+ km). The R77 was build as an answer to these missiles and beats their range. the normal R77 should have a range of about 50-80km. or should atleast outrange the Aim120 A/B. The users send you so many valid official (even american) sources and still you are denying the R77s advantage. I think that you should change that...

I hope that they will not face any major constrains when considering to building a redfor cargoplane, because the IL76/86 would be definetly the better match (compared to the C130)

Yes i think the middle basket is for big aicraft like the A50 AWACS or Bombers like the TU95 and TU160. They are able to refuel there.

Right now we have a base radar model for the A50 in DCS (It could be used) Scalewise i actually dont see any problems. (It should be roughly the same with the C130) we have very big Maps in DCS thousands of Squarekilometers wide. Kola is the biggest with more than 550.000 Squarekilometers. (There is no AN26/30 tanker version, also their cargo capacity is smaller.) The IL76 is right now one of the best matching aircrafts compared to the C130.

REDFOR CARGO AND TANKER (AWACS) PLANE: IL76MD/78M MODULE FOR DCS WORLD After the announcement of the C130 in both cargo and tanker versions, it would be nice if ED would consider to develop a REDFOR equivalent for cargo and aerial refueling operations. This would contribute to a better ballance between opposing forces in DCS, and overall more possibilities for logistic operations in DCS. Why is the IL76 base the perfect choise for these tasks in DCS World? The IL76 is since the 70s in constant production and was delivered to many different nations like RUSSIA, CHINA, INDIA, PAKISTAN, SYRIA, BELARUS, UKRAINE,ALGERIA, IRAN, and many more. There the plane proved its reliability in decades of intense use in many different airforces. This makes the IL76 perfect for the most versatile military and civilian missions in DCS World. An IL76 Module could be use for aerial refueling (IL78) AWACS operations (A50/A100) cargo transport, aswell as cargo and paratrooper drops (IL76). The IL76 was also used on many of the digital battlefields we have in DCS World. This and the versatile capabilities make the IL76 perfect as a possible new DCS aircraft. Data and system modelling: I hope that because of the long production time there should be many diffrent documents and databases available for the IL76. The long production time is also conductive to modeling different versions of the aircraft, as its not necessary to use the most modern (likely) classified version for refference.

Did you find any solution? Maybe @Looking Glass could creat 2 Campaignfiles. One coded with only hotstart versions and the other with the coldstart versions of the mission? Then the user could choose which version he wants to play. To skip the missions is bad for the campaign progress. -

Would it be possible to add this fantastic looking KA52 livery to the CH KA52? I don't know if I'm right, but I think someone has already uploaded screenshots of a KA52 in DCS in the CH Forum showing this livery, but later deleted them...
